The company has secured crucial approvals from licensing authorities for commercial use, with the Netherlands’ Vehicle Authority RDW leading the way, followed by certifications from Great Britain, Northern Ireland, Germany, France, Spain, and other European nations.

Starting January 1, 2025, all JCB wheeled construction machines will comply with new Stage 5 emission standards, showcasing the company’s commitment to reducing environmental impact while maintaining superior performance.

According to Richard Fox-Marrs, president & chief executive for JCB North America, the company’s extensive growth in North America has driven the expansion decisions, with Texas being selected as the ideal location due to its status as the largest consumer of construction equipment in the USA.
