Broadway Comeback and New Ventures

James Corden is making a dramatic return to the US stage, starring in a Broadway revival of the comedy play ‘Art’ alongside acclaimed actors Bobby Cannavale and Neil Patrick Harris. The production will begin previews at the Music Box Theatre on August 28, 2025, with an official opening night on September 16, running for a limited 17-week engagement until December 21, 2025.

Multiple Projects in Development

Corden is also preparing to start production on ‘The Christophers,’ a new Steven Soderbergh film featuring Ian McKellen and Michaela Coel. The film follows the story of children hiring a forger to complete their famous artist father’s unfinished works.

Additionally, Corden has partnered with his Gavin & Stacey co-creator Ruth Jones for a new Apple TV+ series titled ‘The Choir.’ In this new venture, they will play siblings Ben and Lisa, with Ben having lived abroad while Lisa remained in their small English town. The story unfolds as Ben is forced to return to a life and family he left behind.

Post-Late Late Show Life

The multi-talented entertainer returned to the UK in 2023, choosing to raise his family in Britain alongside his wife, Julia Carey, and their three children in Belsize Park, North London. Since his return, he has become highly sought after, with “every network, every streaming giant” wanting to work with him. He continues to be a power player through his production company Fulwell 73, which recently merged with LeBron James’s SpringHill Company and is building a £450 million film studio in Sunderland.

Corden has also launched a new weekly show on SiriusXM titled ‘This Life of Mine,’ featuring in-depth conversations with major stars about the people, places, moments, and memories that shaped their lives.
