The S25 Ultra boasts a 6.9-inch Dynamic LTPO AMOLED 2X display with a smooth 120 Hz refresh rate, capable of reaching up to 2600 nits brightness. The device includes an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor. Powered by the overclocked Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC and equipped with 12GB of RAM and starting at 256GB of storage, the device features a 200MP main camera and impressive 100x Space Zoom.

Advanced AI and Camera Capabilities

The S25 Ultra introduces groundbreaking features including Circle to Search, Audio Eraser, and Now-Brief. The device is optimized for gaming performance and features a hyper-realistic display. Users can enjoy features like Space Zoom, Live Translation, and more with Samsung Galaxy AI. The ultra-wide camera has been upgraded to 50MP, a significant improvement from its predecessor. Samsung has placed a strong emphasis on AI and machine learning this year, particularly focusing on enhancing camera performance.

Pricing and Availability

The device became generally available on February 7, with a starting price of $1,299 for the 256GB model, increasing to $1,419 for the 512GB model and $1,659 for the 1TB variant. The S25 Ultra is available in exclusive luminous colors including Titanium Jetblack, Titanium Jadegreen, and Titanium Pinkgold.
